Check-in: After 3pm, Check-out: Before 10am. We use unique door code for each guest.
No daily housekeeping service
No smoking and no pets (we love our furry friends, but resort policy).
Minimum renter’s age is 25 (waived if married). One parent/guardian is required for every 3 children
Payments: 50% payment is upon booking, balance 30 days before check-in. On site parking is FREE.
Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit will be hold for cancellations after booking, and full booking amount (less cleaning fee) if cancelled within 30 days before arrival. Date changes allowed until 20 days to the stay (only for bookings from our site).
Private umbrellas and chairs we provide in the units are only allowed behind rental umbrellas.
Weekly rentals have 10%discount (automatically applied). 25-40% monthly discounts for December, January, February Repeat guests booking direct have 10% discount, which will be manually applied. Discount does not apply to fees.
Base rates are for up to 4 guests. Extra guests are $10pp/night (including children and infants)
$120 resort/cleaning fee and 11.5% sales/tourism tax will be added, Refundable Damage Deposit $300 is held on your card 3 days before arrival, and released in 1-2 days.
