All units are individually owned, some are renovated but some are not. We, as Destincondorent.com, offer only renovated condos with our personal attention and boutique management. We have all type of units from lower floors to upper floors, 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms. Some units are owned by our family. We also value the communication and each guest will receive a confirmation email, then a door code and arrival information package both by email and text. Renting a unit from Airbnb or VRBO etc. will also cost you more.
