Polar Express Under the Stars

Make Thanksgiving weekend a little more festive with an outdoor showing of The Polar Express. This holiday movie night brings families together on the Events Plaza Lawn at The Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.

Date, Time and Location

Friday, November 27, 2026. Screening begins at 6 p.m. Central Time. Admission is free. The organizer has not published a finishing time.

What to Expect

Build a relaxed evening around the screening: have dinner beforehand, leave time to find the lawn and settle in before the movie starts. A blanket or portable chair may make outdoor viewing more comfortable; check the current event instructions for any seating restrictions.

Planning Your Visit

Baytowne Wharf is in Sandestin near Miramar Beach, east of Destin. Allow extra travel time along Emerald Coast Parkway and check the resort’s current parking and access instructions.

For an outdoor outing, check the forecast, bring a suitable layer for the evening and keep younger children close in busy areas. Food, shopping, parking and optional activities may carry separate charges. Guests who need accessibility assistance should contact the venue before the event.
